Sales Terms

Price and Terms
Thirty days net. Prices subject to change without notice. All orders accepted only at price current on receipt of order.

Freight
Prepaid freight on orders $1,000 or over in the Continental U.S.

Routing
If you do not specify routing orders which do not qualify for free freight, we ship the best way, transportation collect.

Guarantee
Haivala Concrete Tools, Inc. guarantees you will be satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item to Haivala for repair, refund, or replacement.

Product Information

We manufacture many custom brand tools to meet job specification, and on most items, we can deliver in less than ten days. Prices and delivery on specialty items can be provided the same day that we receive your inquiry. A fax sketch or blueprint with specific dimensions is required. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on tools fabricated to customer specifications.
